Our Vision
Our Vision: To see youth across the country engaged in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Our Mission: The mission of the Jeremy Affeldt Foundation is to reach out to youth with the gospel of Jesus Christ through public presentations of the gospel and participation in camps and mission trips.

- William High, President, Servant Christian Community Foundation
- Mike Moye, Moye Sports & Associates

Short Term Goals of the Jeremy Affeldt Foundation:
- To present the gospel to youth in 15 public presentations around the country.
- To send youth on missions trips through YWAM ministries, help support youth with Masters Commission based ministries, and help support inner city youth through the L.A. Dreamcenter. (see Link Page)
- To send 100 youth to Fellowship of Christian Athletes baseball camp where they can be exposed to the gospel.
- To sponsor Youth Sundays at KC Royals’ home games. Ten to twenty youth from urban and underprivileged ministries will have an opportunity to see Royals’ games.
- To raise $50,000 for the Foundation and these projects.
Long term goals of the Jeremy Affeldt Foundation:
- To build a network of youth ministries and youth ministry leaders across the country to share in resources and collaboration (i.e., camp ministries, mission opportunities).
- To send 100s of youth to camp but more importantly follow a group of 20 kids in their camp experience to ongoing mentoring relationships.
- To establish a facility that would provide a dynamic place for youth to meet, conduct evangelism and discipleship and a refuge from the world in a multicultural environment.
- To build an endowment fund for youth missions such that for every dollar that a youth raises for a missions trip, the Jeremy Affeldt Foundation will match that dollar.
- To raise over $5 million dollars for the cause of youth ministry and the gospel of Jesus Christ in this country.
